We strive to make quality Christian education accessible to families. Below you’ll find our tuition rates and fee information. We’re committed to working with families to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive at YACA.
2025-2026 Tuition & Fees
TUITION PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION
The Tuition Payment Plan is payable in ten (10) monthly payments based on the tuition payment schedule. Online payments are available (preferred method of payment) made monthly by ACH or valid credit card. Payments are accepted in the school office via check, cash, money order, credit or debit card. A 2.95% fee is charged on all credit card transactions.
Tuition charges continue until an official withdrawal form is completed. Tuition for the remaining portion of any month is non-refundable.

EXTENDED SERVICES
Extended Services are offered Monday–Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- K4, 6th, and 8th grade students may use Extended Services.
- A $50 fee applies for students who are dropped off before 7:30 a.m. or remain after 3:30 p.m.
- Students in all other grades will attend supervised study hall.
- Supervised study hall is included in the School Resource Fee of $325 per student.
- Students should bring a light snack.

LUNCH FEES
Students K5 – Eighth Grade will pay for lunch or bring a sack lunch.
Microwaveble items will be at the discretion of the homeroom teacher and based on classroom size.
SPORTS FEES
Fees cover registration for each student for up to three sports. Any additional sport will include an additional $100. Non-Refundable

Parent Payment Portal
**Refund Policy: All payments are final and no refunds will be processed.**
